In 2019 we changed to way we carried out our company Satisfaction Surveys. We created three short surveys that covered the main groups that make up Wirral Evolutions Ltd to set a benchmark of data from:
- People we support
- Our workforce (paid staff and volunteers)
- Parent, carers and charitable bodies
As part of the surveys, we have introduced an NPS (Net Promoter Score) to our benchmarking to measure levels of satisfaction. This scoring will be used in our future surveys as well as for interactions with other organisations.
